Destination UK

The UK is a very popular and common vacation destination amongst many different kinds of tourists. There are plenty of travelers that return to the UK for their second or third vacation, and often more. Many tourists visit the UK for business, but the majority of tourists are there for pleasure. Sightseeing, fine dining, and history are all common and widespread through out the United Kingdom, and travelers fly from all over the world to see it first hand.

So if you’re flying into the UK, your first obstacle will be to decide which airport to fly into. London may be your first reaction, but there are plenty of international airports, and minor airports, that can accommodate your air travel. For example, flights to Belfast are common, and Northern Ireland is a great UK destination. There is also Wales and Scotland with their own respective airports that welcome large airliners as well as budget flights. The UK really does accommodate to any traveler and budget, which makes for a variety of options when choosing your arrival and departure terminals.

If you are not tied down to a specific airport due to hotel reservation or preference, then try out some of the other great cities and capitals in the UK, for a different perspective on these amazing islands.
