Flights to London will have you arriving at Heathrow Airport. There are many hotels near this airport and if you were to make a list of them, you would have about thirty names. Most of these hotels are the large chain hotels that most of us are familiar with so you should not be surprised to see Travelodge, Sheraton, Marriott, Holiday Inn and Premier Inn at Heathrow.
The Hilton can be found at terminal 4 and the Sofitel will be found at terminal 5. These two hotels are the only ones that are actually connected to the airport. Once at the airport, the other hotels are not within walking distance but there are transfer buses that can take you to any of them.
You will find the main hotel strip on Bath Road which is on the northern perimeter of the airport. It is these hotels that are the closets to the passenger terminals and where you can get away from the expensive food and drink so it is a good location to stay. You can also find entertainment on Bath Road and also the Holiday Inn, Radisson Edwardian, Marriott, Sheraton Skyline and the Park Inn. This is a beautiful airport and your stay will be one to remember.
